Description
As you can guess from the title, in honor of Shark Week 2022 and with Dwayne Johnson being the host, I decided to make this not-so-little guy inspired by both the week and the person. The main source of inspiration was the Megalodon, the largest prehistoric shark. It is also inspired by serpentinite, a type of rock composed of serpentine minerals. It is also the California state rock - I guess state rocks are a thing? - and what is the Rock's state of birth? Exactly. The stripes on the fins were inspired by Dwayne's tattoos and you know I had to give this Pokemon a pair of eyebrows. I'm sorry, but my reasoning is sound. Now that I look at their design, they look like they're made of moss or mold, but I still love them either way.Name: Otodonite [oh-tod-doh-night] (Otodus megalodon + serpentinite)
