My dumbass is so happy right now cause yea this is based on one of my favorite videogames ( besides fallout and Batim )
His name is Uroboris and the blue parts in his arms and horns have liquid inside them but the vile/horns and arms is impossible to break so he’s allowed to roam outside knowing he can make people into zombies.
