Don't know why, but I like Octavia with the messier hair. Also realize that the shipping is pretty strong here. Did not initially intend for that, but just kind of went with it. Hope the city looks alright, never really liked drawing them.Also, if anyone wants to guess the story leading up to this, give it a shot.

I have story idea
Octavia was getting ready to go to a big show she had tonight and left without her bow-tie. after a few minutes vinyl had noticed that her best friend had left her favorite bow-tie at home and thought "tavi never goes anywhere without her bow-tie!". so vinyl picked up the bow-tie and ran out the door and searched for Octavia all around ponyville. Octavia had been close to where she had to perform. just then she heard somepony yelling her name "tavi! wait! you forgot something!" she looked back to see vinyl running towards her with her bow-tie. vinyl galloped up to Octavia and said " you forgot your bow-tie". Octavia said with a smile "thanks vinyl. I would never leave without my favorite bow-tie and you know that. I guess I forgot this time.". Vinyl gave out a little laugh and said " hehe yeah... everypony forgets sometimes... so.. what about your show?". Octavia got a serious face on and had said "oh right! the show! im going to be late!" she galloped off and forgot her bow-tie once more but vinyl had stopped her again. Vinyl said "tavi.. you forgot your bow-tie again...". Octavia replied "thanks once again vinyl." and she put on her bow-tie and just like that, she was off.
