GOOOOOOOOOD EVENING, EVERYBODY!
THIS IS THE LOVELY GREZAR TALKING FROM THE CONFORT OF HIS WOODEN BEAN CHAIR.
HOW ARE Y'ALL DOING TONIGHT?
Before the year ends, and to start the 2020 with a nice project going, I came to announce something a little bit different from my previous "contests".
This time, based on the (not so) recently deceased "Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains" Anime, I want to bring Skills to the Master Format. And I'll be doing so by making Skill Cards for certain Archetypes and/or Characters.
Wait... Did I say "I"?
Oh, sorry. My mistake.

WE are going to create these cards!
Exactly. I want you guys to support any Archetype/Character you want with nice Skill Cards, in any style you want.
(Just... try not to give birth to some OPness.)
And even better! I'll also release a commemorative Booster with all those Skill Cards (in the likes of "Link Vrains Pack") to further divulgate this initiative, and of course, you guys' works.
Hope you guys like the idea and participate.

Could talk of the implications of Yugioh cards under the hashtag of S.C.P., but that's for another year, I'd suppose. For now, you wanted skill cards, and I can deliver five. But perhaps I should have limited it to one cancel only though.
No anyways, that was simply to make something, I kind of want to participate in the contests but I lack knowledge to make better stuff. ^^

Nah, it's ok the way it is.
You did an excellent job. The card is pretty good.
You just need to try and create more custom stuff.
It's a good way to deviate a bit from your current work.

Yup. I also really liked that artwork, which motivated me.
Yugi (not Atem) is probably my favourite character, however the thing that bothered me a little bit is that he doesn't have an archetype that has his name on it.
I love the Silents being associated with him in particular, but even then he still played other cards, the gadget guys, Blockman, Marshmallon, even Gandora (where the hell does it come from ?)... there are many stuff and in the end we can't retain something specific. It's kinda too bad. His development came quite late.
Most of the issues with custom work also come with images. It's not always easy with official stuff so finding other sources at times created by artists is even harder to do imo.
Something I wanted to do a while ago was trying to modify and upgrade some bad cards (or that I consider hard to play at least) for the archetypes I play, this could have been a possibility.
Once I remember turning the Signer dragons as normal cards (I love those) with flavour text, it was fun to do actually.

Yugi's one of my fav characters too.
He grew so much. His ceremonial duel against Atem is my fav duel ever!
I feel that the Silent Archetype fits came to impersonate his role. Every issue was solved by Atem, so Yugi was kinda of a silent protagonist.
The other cards are, you know, just placeholders? xD
I mean, I don't quite see Gandora being related to him. It was quite the surprise when he Summoned it during the duel against Bakura.
You don't even need to tell me. Some of the times, I need to work my ass off into creating something. Not that I have the proper skill for that. I have basically no artistic skill. Hahahah
But sometimes I do need to create my own artwork, be it from scratch for just some manip.
And yes, this IS the hardest part.
