Fans suport what they like. And the more we suport it the more likely we'll get another season.
And I don't mind that they are laughing their asses of if they keep making the show and pleasing the fanbase. So far they are doing a good job

It should work both ways. Fans provide great oppertunities for the companies so that they can make more things for the fans. Circlemotion. I dont see any problem in that at all.

The problem is that the fans like little magic princess ponies that act sweet and babyish, and gush about friendship and togetherness. Actually, I know you just like the facial expressions and the cutesiness, which is just no excuse for watching a show for little girls.
The fans like dumb things, Hasbro gives them dumb things, and the next great original concept like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles never gets a chance. Only creator-driven animation can provide art, and you are allowing Merchandise driven animation to be successful.

Just because you think something is dumb does not mean it is dumb for everyone else. I know lots of people who probably think the concept like turtles dressing up as ninjas driving around in a car with angel names is pretty dumb aswell.

No, I can defend the things I like, and if I can't, then I change, but I don't think there is an excuse for liking My Little Pony.
It's not a terrible show, but it's not particularly good, and on top of it being for little girls and being quite babyish, the amount of people who obsess over it is just an unjustifiable crime.

If you can't even explain why you like something, then you may like it for the wrong reasons. You might like it because your dumb, or because your parents didn't give you enough attention. That wouldn't be fair to people who appreciate things by their value.
I like only the most tasteful and critically acclaimed things. Just look at my favorites, it's only made up of the very best art. I like The Godfather, Mark Twain, The Beatles, and The Wire. You can't say a bad word about the things I like.

I love drinking water, I cant really explain why I love drinking it, the taste isnt that good, and even if its healthy theres things I like a lot better, but that doesnt mean I should stop drinking it because i can explain why I like other things better, or I like watching gore, I have no idea why. I just like it and find it intresting.
You clearly overanalyze things and are somewhat insane if you think people are dumb or had parents that didnt give them enough attention if they like something. Sometimes you cannot explain why you like something, sometimes people dont have words for something they like, have you never ever heard about the concept of that?
I dont like the beatles at all, I dont like their voices or style of music. So does that mean your dumb? I dont really have any intrest in the things you wrote, to me they mean nothing.

You really can't explain why you like water? Maybe because it's one of the key foundations of life, and it's pure and not filled with unnatural ingredients?
I can also explain why I like gore: gore = violence, violence = conflict, conflict = drama, drama = entertainment.
People are definitely dumb for liking certain things. You have to be dumb to like Jersey Shore, Twilight, Justin Bieber, Soulja Boy, or Lady Gaga. There's no way around it. You cannot be intelligent and like these things. Seeing as you can't explain why you like drinking water, it might be an indication of My Little Pony being among the same type of entertainment.
The things I like are also liked by the experts. People who are very advanced in literature recognize Mark Twain as one of the greatest authors of all time, just as The Beatles are recognized as the very greatest band of all time by people who know what they're talking about. People who don't know any better do not like The Godfather, and the people who have wisdom do like it. That should tell you which things have more value.

Well I did like Tranfomers Beast Wars. And that was a Hasbro show. But I hate the Tranformers movies.
And I got into MLP because I'm a fan of Lauren Faust's work not because Hasbro was behind it.
In other words I like what I like just because I want to. Not because the company tells me too.
And really stop overanalyzing the whole thing. I know most people are stupid but you are not doing a good job defending the smart side. -_-

They do define the guys bodies alot differently in MLP. So far there are 7bodies forms for the guys and 3 for the girls.The guys tend to have actually hooves,larger in height and more horse like faces.Girls like the one here,are small framed without looking starved and curved muzzles.
