You cant decide what is allowed on dA or not. Some people might view lolcat pictures as art just as much as some might view picasso as art. Its a matter of taste not your rules

Thats not the point, the point I'm trying to make is, is that there is a ton of awesome digital art coming out every 20 seconds, and it doesnt hit front page, but this meme of a cat in a sink does.
