I haven't seen any Romanian "sorry" message, but for me it's nothing bad, it's fine. Don't worry about it.
I've heard that people that excuse a lot are timid or shy and they don't like to disappoint someone or to make someone angry at them... Well... It's also my case, too. When I feel that I have done something wrong I'm excusing even that it wasn't my fault or any mistake. And I don't want to make someone angry at me.
Well, I also like carrots, but they aren't from my favorite vegetables list. But it's all right because different humans have different tastes of food, drinks, literature, art, music etc. I prefer more tomatoes (especially the natural ones that grew in natural ways because they taste better than the ones with chemicals, insecticides or artificial stuff like these).
