you search up adobe flash on their site and it should come up, but its not free if thats what your looking for

I think you might be thinking of adobe flash PLAYER. Thats used for watching videos and things on the internet, and is free.
The program she used is most likely "flash professional cc" or "macromedia flash" which are completely different programs then adobe flash player.
