This means, the holder of this ticket, can whenever I sell designs, if they are the first to claim the design, they can use this ticket instead of paying with money to obtain the design they want no matter what it costs.

If you get one of these tickets through me, YOU CAN NOT SELL it in any form or way to get yourself some money or points. You can however trade it away for art, or give it away, just let me know who you gave it to so I can add it under.
