What did you use to make it? The body looks like marker.
Did you colour and/or draw traditonally then add the glow digitally?

Its a texture that makes it look like markers, The drawing is drawn in flash and the glow is animated in photoshop :3

just a question, do you make the glowing effect, just like when you make an animation or is there a different technique? this is very interesting! Love it! ~

Yes I animate them in photoshop ^^ , Its like I make a dark version then a light version and tween them kinda ish
