I love this The mix and merger of colours is fantastic. Would that be the smoke from the fire in the sky? I like the shapes and swirls. His expression is, well i dunno how to explain it XD Stern? It looks good and matches the scene. Good job!

I'm always in awe in how you color and it comes out looking like a very well-done painting

Do you do the backgrounds first when rendering this or do you usually do the character, then the background and later add all the detail and glows? Because this is really inspiring, I want to try my hand at coloring like this one day

i do them all at the same time sometimes, i also use alot of blendingmodes to make gloweffects XD it changes from time to time though haha ^^
