I've taken hundreds of photos of swans, but never have I ever come close to capturing one like this. An excellent shot and on so many levels.

Holy cow! How did you...? I keep trying to photograph swans but I can never get close enough (and my camera is lousy). One time I did get pretty close but the swans had baby swans and they started walking towards me in a really angry, intimidating way and I got scared and ran before they got to me. Totally regretting that now

OMG that's awesome! It's like they purposefully arranged themselves in order for you to take a perfect shot of them! I love the stretch of the focal swan...reaching right toward you. Can you imagine this picture in 3D? Ha! Everything is lined up so perfectly, it almost seems like a Photoshopped work! Even the seagulls are cooperating...Beautiful.
