Description

He's a giant Octopus that holds a trident and controls water and the Ocean. He's the king of the Ocean and he shoots energy from his trident. The thing on his face is supposed to be a beard. The thing on his head is a Crown. He can also be summoned by Jacob Flame and later on Garret Flame. He's also a friend of Warpath's.

Update: Tried to fix the beard and added bubbles and a bit of water to make Neptune be part of the ocean in a way.
