Mordax from ThunderCats 2011

Mordax is Ratar-O's much abused second-in-command and in charge of the mining operation on Mount lun-Darr to excavate the Sword of Plun-Darr.
This diminutive eye-patch wearing rodent is a fierce slave master, showing no mercy to the Thunderian slaves digging for the sword. Any mistake on the slave's part results in a sever flogging from Mordax.
Seeing the abuse handed out to the slaves when the ThunderCats sneak into the mines, Pumyra is unable to control her anger and lunges on Mordax. Only Lion-O'd intervention stops her from killing Mordax, who siezes the opportunity and captures the ThunderCats instead, presenting them before his master Ratar-O.
Later on when Ratar-O is fighting with an unarmed Lion-O, Mordax, tired of the the constant abuse at the hands of Ratar-O, does not attack Lion-O and instead kicks him the Sword of Omans and the Gaunlet of Omens which Lion-O uses to defeat Ratar-O.
