The Fearless Vampire Hunters: The Puritan & Lady Templar

The two monster hunters were very different in their approach.

The Puritan, despite his reputation for reckless assaults against what many considered insurmountable odds, was very methodical in his attacks. The few vampires and other bump-in-the-dark things that crossed him and survived often recounted a man that was precise and graceful in his movements with a practically emotionless expression on his face. For many of those creatures, so use to, and pleasured, by the sight of terror in human eyes, his stoic countenance produced an unfamiliar emotion, fear. To many creatures he was their boogeyman, an impassive, relentless jagger inevitably moving toward its goal, like the tide, unstoppable as a sunrise.

In counterpoint, Lady Templar was a screaming Amazon swinging, stabbing with that big assed spear of hers, while yelling challenges, insults and explicatives at her enemies. She was more of a force of nature, like trying to fight a hurricane and just as futile.
