UPDATE: Time for a recon! I've decided to have have Cecil's older form be 18, instead of 17. This means this new form is called 'Adult Cecil'!An official reference sheet I made while I was feeling down yesterday. I've been wanting to have Cecil grow up and evolve into a Lucario, and decided to work on what he would look like as a adult and how he would act.
Now that doesn't mean smol Cecil is going away. This is just who Cecil will be 10 years from this upload.
