Sully, Grimm, Wilhelm, Culania, Satoshi, Fan, and Lore all said with glee. The crowd of happy party goers smiled as Cecil pouted on his yellow plastic stool. Cecil wasn't one for parties of any kind being thrown for him, and was even more infuriated that his Master, Satoshi, made him wear such a ridiculous outfit for the occasion! Why did Master have to make such a big deal out of it? It was embarrassing!
Satoshi grinned at Cecil, who knew that things were only going to get worse.
"Oh, cheer up, Seashell!"
'Seashell' was Master and Madam's nickname for the little riolu. The name had always had a strange effect on Cecil: it made him forget his 'big boy thinking', as his Master once described it, and made him behave more his age. Cecil suspected the word to be enchanted to make him act that way, though Master ways denied this.
"Maybe Mr. Grumpy-Pamper will cheer up when he sees his gifts!" Master continued.
