The women of the War Flock Mercenary Company aren't shifters. But they embrace the bird theme started by the founder, Captain Parrot. They go by bird names, sometimes to leave their proper names behind. They decorate with feathers, and some wear full capes that can be used for camouflage or to confuse the opposition.

The Flock doesn't have an armorer; everyone is charge of their own weapons. But if something special is needed for a job, everyone knows it can probably be found in Meadowlark's collection. Lark's even trying out those new firearms. The rest of the Flock is skeptical.
