This is Sylvia, she's a OC I made awhile back and I dragged my feet trying to draw her ref, but I finally did it......after DA's app failed to let me upload anything besides statuses. Just like Mary, Sylvia grew from her original concept and design. (Pun definitely intended)

Sylvia was born and raised in Starlight City. The home of the Starshine elves. The Starshine elves are ancient beings who govern over the functions of space and time. Sylvia's sister was a member of the elves who controlled space, but she fell I'll. Thus, Sylvia was forced to take her place as she recovered. The only problem was.....Sylvia was never told what to do, and due to her own clumsiness....she caused 5 accidental planetary collisions, a accidental supernova, and 2 dozen accidental meteor showers. Because of this she was unrightfully banished to Earth, where she currently lives in a apartment. All her expenses are paid, thanks to special magic of her banishment.

Sylvia doesn't have any allergies that she's aware of, and she absolutely loves chocolate! She's very flirty, and often presses her butt against people she likes, and then acts innocent and apologizes. She's a super kind and optimistic individual. She's still learning about Earth, luckily she has friends like Mary and Tori to help her out.
