Description
Officer Jacob Thompson is a ditzy, blonde-haired, but well meaning cop who works at the police department. He will mostly arrest criminals and/or ordinary people for theft, armed robbery, trespassing, destruction of public property, drinking and driving, and illegal places to sell things without a business license. Sometimes, he'll take a wrong turn at the scene of the crime and get confused to where he is. I named him after my middle name, as well as semi-based his looks on Fitz the Dog from Fleischer's Out of the Inkwell series.
