This guy is still kicking my butt. I just killed the Emerald Weapon, but this guy... The Knights of the Round + Mime trick can only go so far. Especially when he kills me between the Mime. Counter doesn't actually Counter the main body of Ruby when he mostly uses magic based attacks. Next I'll try setting Hades to Magic Counter to paralyze Ruby, because Ruby will eventually get 2 blows on me before my ATB gauge is full. Sprint Shoes sacrifice my immunity to the status effects (I used Sprint Shoes on Emerald when I got the same problem of dying in between summons).
