Before doing the final habitat for my region, I'm gonna go around and fix up some older mons to give them some life!

Starting off with Swaggruff! (again) I always loved the concept, but the older design always came off like a "filler-mon". The second version I liked a lot more...BUT as soon as I posted that one, I was beginning to miss the big beard. I didn't want to entirely scrap all the ideas the second redesign, so I compromised by just flat out giving him a pre-evo! Now I'm very much satisfied with this new line, even if it kinda fudged up the dex ordering LOL.
