Also a bit of background information for why half of Undead Ritsuka’s face is gone.

It's mainly because normal Ritsuka (who has not been corrupted) used the Gauntlet of Siegfried’s secondary ability known as 115 punch to completely punch off half of Undead Ritsuka’s face off.

However, since undead Ritsuka has a corrupted grail (that was corrupted by the Shadow Man).

The grail begins to glow a bright red as a ring forms around Undead Ritsuka's body as apothicon symbols float around the ring as it begins to regenerate his face.

However, it regenerates half of his face into that of an apothicon. This would explain his appearance in the image.
