Deviantart, my cat's....he's gone. This picture will be posted, along with the rest...to serve as a reminder of all the good times I've had with my cat.Graystripe wasn't just a pet, he was my child.

I am so, so sorry ! I know what a special bond you have with him. It's like nothing else. I've been through this too. but each human/ cat relationship is unique and special. I could always tell how much you love him and how much he loves you back. That is something that is yours forever. He is a lucky, blessed kitty that you two found each other. That he got to spend his life being loved and cared for by you, and that you were receptive to his love too.
Once again, I'm sorry. Thank you for sharing him with us through your pictures and words. The love came through.

Thank you so much for the kind words. It was so hard yesterday, I hoped watching a movie would help, but seeing a cat in it made me break down again and it was hard to even sleep knowing he was gone. And yes, he was very beloved and spoiled. Even if I do get another cat it'll be just as loved but it'll never be Graystripe. He was a housecat with a warrior's heart.

Your welcome and once again im sorry i know it can be though, If you need to talk im here. I know it can be stressful watching the pass but it sounded like they had a good passing, my cat had a fit when she died and as a double whammy she died on the day my dad was hospitalized then my dad died a month later.
