Nightmare Moon as an MTG card. Killing the sun kills all your Plains. Trample is out of color, but fits a little in flavor. If nothing else, I think she's the biggest pony on the show so far.Made with Magic Set Editor.

Yeah. I first thought about +1/+1 versus losing one life, but figured it wouldn't make a difference, since she has trample. Mono-black has plenty of ways to kill, so it should work well.

Fun card, very splashy. I think it would be cooler if she turned all lands into swamps since the night covers everything, but maybe that would be too strong. I like the lose life bonus. The +2/+0 seems like it might create some unfun moments though, since NMM will get buffed after damage has already been dealt when it doesn't matter anymore. Is the focus there that it's intended to be used with kill spells?
