Want a little more control over what will happen to Quil next time? Feel free to suggest transformations in the comments below. I'll pick my favorite ideas and add them to the options next round.
It was an average day for Quil Wolfenstien when the aliens beamed him onto their ship. Confused and alarmed, Quil found himself in a dimly lit room. on the other side of a tinted window two strange creatures argue with each-other. What do they say?
A) This one is no good for bearing children... We'll have to fix that.
B) Look at those primitive clothes! Lets get it something more appropriate.
C) We're going to need to get a better look at this one... Let's get rid of those garments.
D) How can we sent it through time looking like that? It's going to need a makeover.
...And with that a bright beam of light erupts from the floor, enveloping Quil.

There are a handful of transformations that I really like, but making a phrase for the aliens to think it's a good idea is not my strong suit.
There's just bog standard breast expansion, bovine furry transformation (which often includes the breast expansion, or adds a second row of breasts), Angelic or Demonic transformation.
Maybe they could be phrased something like:
The subject needs to be able to survive reentry, for which this form is inadequate.
This one's culture's farming practices are barbaric, it needs to learn empathy.
Hurr Boobs.

Some very interesting totally out-of-the-world clothing.

Perhaps the aliens must give him some form of cybernetic enhancement. He's a human; he's too squishy to survivee on their vessel.

Perhaps he has some sort of device that automatically transforms him to fit in with whatever place he's in (e.g. if he ends up in an office, he ends up dressed like an office worker, if he ends up in a night club he ends up as a raver, if he ends up in an inn he becomes a server, etc)?

He gets hit by lightning that starts the transformation
