My ship! My ship was canonized! I've always thought, and hoped, that Severus Snape was, or had at one time been, in love with Lily Evans. Chapter 33 canonized this to a greater degree than I'd ever hoped. Made staying up 'til 7 AM reading DH, then going to work at 1PM totally worthwhile.

This isn't exactly an illustration from Chapter 33, but rather a generic scene of Severus and Lily walking around in the forest together, the summer before getting their Hogwarts letters. Lily's enthusiastically asking questions and rambling on about the magical world, while Sev's just sitting back and being glad of her company.
