As any aimless wyngling must, Kanbo perused the many boxes and stations about the nook, looking for a new item of interest to occupy his time. It would be a lucky day indeed that he happened upon a cardboard box with some odds and ends in it, labeled with a tattered looking paper that read “Lost n’ Found”. Well, he wasn’t missing anything, but it couldn’t hurt to just looook at the things right? Peering into the little treasure trove, he rifled among the toys and crude hand-made accessories, not overly interested in anything until he happened upon what first looked to be a short belt of sorts?? Picking it out with his claws, he was able to see upon closer inspection that it was a collar! On top of that, it was studded down the center in silver, giving the item a sharp clean cut appearance. Oh, he wanted this. But.. It didn’t belong to him.

With a sigh, he replaced the item in the box, and sat back, thinking. Mayyybe if no one claimed it after a while, he could have it? There was no use for it to sit in a box gathering dust after all, and other gros lost stuff all the time and couldn’t care less! He knew he would love it anyway, more than the previous owner obviously did. Satisfied with this reasoning, Kanbo gave the box one final fleeting glance before continuing on with his stroll, presumably now with a purpose to share his discovery with Pez. He’ll be back for that collar!

For a straight week the young gro would check the box daily, worried that someone else would take his prize. On the morning of the 7th day, directly after breakfast, he made a b-line for the Lost n’ Found and lifted the collar from its hiding spot nestled beneath a bunch of other bits and bobs. Yes! Not.. That he was worried or anything, or if it was a big deal if it was gone but HE HAD IT! And that's what matters.
