Rescue 2.0 is going to make her in comic debut in Invincible Iron-Man 29, a preview is in Invincible Iron-Man 28.
Rescue 2.0 looks awesome and more related to Iron-Man and WarMachine. An entire mecha family.

Yeah, Pepper already has a suit in the comics after a bomb denonated and shrapnel was endangering her heart. So Tony made another arc reactor (repulsor technology) that acts as a magnet. She's called Rescue because her main abilities are medical and life support. There's also a second Warmachine amongst other things.

I hope Pepper could become Rescue in the upcoming Avenger Movie.
