Based on "Izumi and The Submarine" by .

Ember, the Gigantic Queen of the Seven Seas, finds a type 209 submarine patrolling the deeps while she's out for a swim. She kindly waves at it in a sign of peace. Although The Submarine was startled to see such a huge Mermaid.

I did a research on how big the type 209 submarine is, and to my surprise, it's 64.4 Meters (211 ft.) long compared to Ember as a Giantess Mermaid being 400 ft.-500 ft. long.

And Hank, if you're reading this, then I hope you don't mind me making one of your pics serving as a basis for one of mine. I just thought how yours would look with one of my GTS OC's in them.

One last thing to note is that this pic has three noticeable cameos, such as:

The Shark from Disney's The Little Mermaid
Marlin from Pixar's Finding Nemo
Gary the Snail from Spongebob Squarepants

As for the sub? It's basically a Thomas/Disney Version of the Type 209 Submarine.
