Katniss Everdeen from Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins, inspired by that party Effie takes them to. I realize Ms. Collins was trying to make a statement with the books and the idea that any of us want to be in that world upsets her (so I've heard). But, honestly, how could cosplayers *not* latch onto all that imagery?Dress from Target, on clearance. The butterfly clip was from a Christmas section at a craft store. Can't remember which one lol.
