This is very, very beautiful. Is that thing at the bottom a particle fountain, quasar, or galaxy? Either way, the colors are very beautiful!

While i'm confused as to why a planet is bigger than a galaxy, and as to why said galaxy is not being violently pulled into the planet, the work is still beautiful, nice work.

do you know of any good tutorials on how to make
the swirly-looking galaxy? (the blue are at the bottom) i can make planets but i suck at making stars and everything else

The blue swirl was done by just the basic painting methods:
block in your shapes, and then refine the details more and more
