instead of distracting myself from the commission I was working on by playing HL1, I ended up speedpainting it....polished up the speedpaint today about as far as I could be bothered
Half-life belongs to Valve etc.....
I suppose I should dedicate this to ~Normansell
EDIT: now at its original size, which is hopefully large enough for anything anybody wants to do with it

Absolutely amazing image (also it's great that you are one of the 5 people total who upload in a decent resolution lol).
I came upon this image while searching around for new images for a show I run on YouTube called Half-Life Saga. I have previously made an intro used in those videos using a picture my good friend Michael (AKA Skidd) drew for me. It had a really good run and although I really like it and the song that went along with it for the Half-Life 1 games, when I eventually made my way to HL2 I didn't feel that it suited the mood. So I decided to look for new pictures which is what brings me here. I am currently talking to a couple artists but yours was one of the ones that particularly stood out to me as being exceptional. If I were to use your work I would of course link any and all pages that you may desire in the description of each video and verbally mention you in the first couple sessions. Below I will link some of the things relevant to what I am talking about:
