Recently, I've been thinking about the song "The New Great Depression" by The Moth & The Flame.

The music video gained fame for presenting a physical monster to represent our "inner monster".

Of course, we all have our monsters, and we have to learn to live with them and embrace them. Understanding that they are a part of us, things unresolved or unsaid or said when they should be silent. Despite this, we are certainly happier when we make peace with ourselves, forgive ourselves, and embrace all our imperfections and limitations.
