Looks like the reason Felicity was so grumpy all the time was because she didn't trust the nerd that Yticilef is in love with. Though I wonder if Yticilef made a mistake at a joke or comment at Felicity's expense about her lack of boyfriends or girlfriends. Because whatever she said that was funny to her, was not funny to her twin sister in the slightest. Which by the way, makes Unikitty even more worried about that Felicity's change in her usual mood that she expected her apparent rival to have.

I had Kippy made some emoticon word balloons because I don't believe that leaving it completely textless here would makes sense to most people just looking at it by itself and I had to put down the Expectation Vs Reality words in there to really describe what Unikitty is actually asking Yticilef about. Hopefully without reading this description, you can get at least the gist of what's going on in the comic.
Oh by the way, whenever Felicity shoots rainbow beams in the show it comes from her claws that are also in different colors to represent the rainbow.
