Though I don't know the game at all, I must say that this is a quite a beautiful and touching scene. First off, 2B is gorgeous, and her super detailed outfit shows off her form beautifully; and though we can't see much of it, her face is exceptionally pretty. Her lips look like they could break into a small smile at any moment, though for the moment she's just pondering the sweetness and beauty of her avian visitor (who looks fantastic too). I can definitely get a sense of her character and even a hint of her back-story just from this.

The background is pretty amazing too, despite the depth-of-field blurring to put all of the focus on 2B and her friend. I also like how you kept the effect tight enough so that her left arm and skirt are blurry too, plus using some detailed lines to do the patterns gave it an amazing effect too.
