When I first saw a Tree Guard I think it was on day five
I was like 'I'M SORRY, I'M SORRY!!!' 
and I started planting all the Pine Cones in my inventory,
at the time I didn't know that would calm them down,
and when it did I was like 'Oh shit, IT WORKED!!!'

I try to get pigs to go after them. I also have pigs go after clockwork bishops and knights. XD

so they took care of them for me xD

XD It's funny if you don't want to do a serious game play. It strikes about every 30 seconds or so. My gf's sister played it with those settings and was struck in the face before Maxwell was done talking. XD I've never laughed so hard at watching a gameplay before in my life. XD

When I first encountered a Treeguard it was the scariest thing because it was immediately on the 4th day and I didn't think to make armor yet
So I thought to myself "well, it's a tree, what can it do?" and took out a chunk of my health and I just completely flipped my shit and started running around like crazy to try to get the spiders to attack it.
But they didn't attack it. They attacked me too. And I died. :c

My heart almost stopped when I saw my first Treeguard. XD
On the game I'm playing right now, I set it so they would appear less. On day 34 or 35 TWO appeared at once! There was one little one and one HUGE monster. After appeasing them with pinecones, they became neutral, so now they're just kinda wondering around.

I learned about the pinecones after the spider thing, and it kind of made me want to cry a little because I had a stack of 20 in my inventory when desperately trying to escape the darn Treeguard. So the second time it happened, he just kind of sat by my base and killed the hounds that attacked so I guess it's a good thing that I had a pet treeguard at that point? =u=

As long as you stay away from them when you don't need to deal with hounds. They are extremely dangerous to your sanity, even when neutral.

XD Yay for pet Treeguards! XD The two wondering around aren't directly at my base, but they're not too far off. I just don't see the point in killing them if they're not after you. After all, they just may come in handy. XD
