actually it's also about the red line.
In the Fairytales, Everyone is bound to his/her destined lover by a thin red line on their little fingers by the old man under the moon("Yuelao", not sure about the english translation....). So no matter how far they are they can finally find each other.
But who knows. The red line is really thin, you can always cut it with a little sciessor.

What hits me about this piece is the splendid delicacy of the hands, especially on the girl on the right. Her face is also stunning, reminds me of the little red riding hood. Amazing painterly effect as usual, and beautiful detailing where necessary.

I've heard about that legend before, I've always wanted to draw it, and I think you've portrayed it particularly interesting. I love your smooth style and you have great technique. You style is inspiring and I'm learning some things by your work. You have interesting angles and manage to draw them really well, I think you are exellent at portraying emotion.

the HANDS are grande.
it's just a nice thing. amongst all the mediocre things. with people trying to do wacked out poses and shit just to get some inerest in the picture. and this is the direct opposite. and proves my point even moreso that you CAN indeed make all sorts of way MORE interesting things WITHOUT action poses. just like this one
and on a side note: for some reason I sorta wish I knew the guy/girl on the left. I'd be totally gay with a man like that haha.

I like the delicate linework of this piece and the way the watercolor like coloring supports it. The expressions are also very good, if a bit disturbing
