Fan art for Warhammer, it's a Tzeentch cultist.I like this picture, and will do some more in the same technique.
Edit #1: Crispened up the edges and darkened the metal. Fixed braid.

hmm, well, the edges could be a little more crisp.... that type of thing always drives me crazy (when the edges aren't crisp)....
