Nah, I wouldn't say that. There are some appreciable differences. First look at the rough paper-like texture. Can't remember aΒ Kuvshinov Β image with a texture that looks/feels like that. Then look at the eyes. Β Kuvshinov Β almost always does oversized eyes - way bigger than in this image.
And then the face. This face looks ... adult. Or the almost-flat cheeks. Both also very untypical forΒ Kuvshinov.

I think it's just the high-contrast colors and chromatic aberration that are similar to Kuvshinov.
Otherwise, I agree. Kuvshinov has very stylized proportions.
