Seriously, I've seen him spamming this whole Christian stuff pretty much every where. His old account got deleted (Osborn something, idk). dA seriously needs to find a way to deal with spammers like this. I'm getting sick of them

Probably he uses a kind of IP ban evasion like a VPN a virtual private network. VPN is a network that is constructed using public wires to connect to a private network (i.e. a company's internal network). There are a number of systems that enable you to create networks using the Internet as medium for transporting data. He probably uses VPN to hide his IP address and that's why he bypasses IP bans. I feel you, i hate people that act this way, DA is for Art, fun, discussion not for religious conversions.....
