*STORY*

Haunting was barely conscious. He had to try not to pass out though he didn't want the unit to takeover. His blood loss was great, his entire left side of his body blown to bloody strips of gore. He lay on the hot sand of the mojave. His blood making red mud stream through the sage brush bushes.

The silent moment was over as a red bio boosted foot planted itself in front of his fading sight. What wind he had left in his lungs was yanked out of them. His remaining arm was pulled out of socket as his once thought ally met him face to face.

"Remember... I told you not to get in my way." Crimson voiced. Haunting barely had any strength left to lift his neck to stare into the cold eyes of Eric's armor. "I'm doing this... for humanity" Haunting gasped. "Humanity? you're better then that. I have to admit our time together has given you some skills... but I have bested you." The robotic reverb of Crimson's voice was the only thing he could focus on.

"So last chance Salem... what is it going to be?" Haunting could feel his blood run down his leg. How strange that even with the guyver armor on. It was like his real skin. "I choose... humanity..ERIC." Cryptic had finally gotten to her feet and was in Salem's line of sight. His focus struggled between Crimson and Cryptic. But every second his only ally now was approaching very slowly.

"Tsk tsk that is a shame... so excuse me... You're in my Way"
