I was debating on uploading this, nonetheless finishing it because I hated this monstrosity since the sketch. Hel isn't a character full of.. well, 'joy' so drawing her smiling or nearing it really killed my mood of wanting to finish it. BUT, here I am-uploading it and typing out a description for it.
