Almost done coloring the dragon.
I use a mix of Crayola and Prismacolor colored pencils.

Wow! That glowing effect is remarkable. Do you use the Crayola to get more translucent lighter colours? I don't get how you could mix crayola and prisma colour successfullyΒ
