Very nice, like the style ... but you need to add a fifth square with another LP in it ^^

It's funny how some people say to me that vinyl is a dead format and no one buys LPs anymore and I'm wasting my time while the sale of vinyl LPs doubled in the year 2004

Nice. very cool.
1 or 2 suggestions tho
the reflected lines on the recored could be curved? and the edges of the tape and cassette. also the gradient on the CD could be a conic gradient? o + the sproket of the cassette could be more even. easy in freehand draw 1 bit then rotate with copies around the center of the circle.
I like how you've done it though, i sepecially like the CD. it looks more like a cd than any iv ever drawn.
i like the colours.
BTW you forgot harddisk.
what pogram did you use? freehand or illustrator? or another program...

Thanks for your thoughtful responce!
I had some qualms about the label-less CD, but i thought it would be a bit comercial if went with one. Plus, I think it looks a little "neater" :woot:
I also may change the Benny Benassi LP to something much older, as it sort of hurts my progression-of-audio formats theme. Maybe something Bing Crosbyish, any thoughts?

nicely done. i am a music production major, so this relates nicely to my field. i have a few musical related shots in my gallery (a mixing board shot and a guitar shot). anyway, i like the concept in this one. it is cool how you show the way that they get continually smaller as well. who's CD is that? every other part has a name and title... just something i noticed. anyway, you found my sweet spot.
