After I got home from work, I started drawing and this is basically what came out. Oberon, the Lord of Avalon, is one of my favorite characters from Gargoyles. He's cool even if he is kind of a jerk.It took me about seven hours to do this. I love how the night sky came out. The little blue-green thing hovering over Oberon is a wisp. All in all, this is one of the favorite pictures i've ever made.

Sweet, we don't see enough of cranky old oberon ; ) I like the pose, your drawing makes him look younger which is cool . I imagine him as a teen perched in trees hehe
