If you don't feel like working on it anymore, maybe you could post the Flash file so maybe someone else could finish it? All that is needed is basically to skin it, and maybe touch it up a bit.

I'm mainly put off by the way the head doesn't tilt in response to the shoulder and neck motion. It doesn't look like it's attached to the body, more like it's suspended from above and the body's dancing around under it. That's my impression, nayway.

The order of the parts drawn was body, head, then neck, so I guess that's pretty much it.
