Cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn, you can target 1 Toon monster in your GY: Special Summon it ignoring its Summoning Conditions, and if you do, this card Level becomes equal to that monster Level. You cannot Special Summon monsters except for Toon monsters for the rest of this turn.
