While "Dark Sanctuary" is on the field and this card is in the GY: You can Special Summon this card as a Normal Monster (Fiend/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0), and if you do, it is unaffected by other cards effects. If "Dark Sanctuary" is destroyed, destroy this card. You can use this effect of "Spirit Message Bye" once per turn.
