I'm not good with dialogue stuff so I'll just write out some stuff.

So, Neon Rave and Pop Tart are adopted. Their parents died in a fire. In the orphanage, Neon was unfortunate enough to hear that some couple was considering adopting Pop Tart...but not him. They wanted to take the last memory of his parents away. He took her and ran off without thinking. Fluttershy found him lost in the forest, scared and hungry. She lead him to the cottage, where over some tea he explained everything
